About Us

For decades, Heritage Service Centre has been helping drivers throughout Grand Rapids, MI keep their vehicles safe, reliable, and ready for whatever the road brings. What started in the mid-1980s as a small neighborhood service station has grown into a trusted full-service auto repair facility, but our commitment to putting customers first has stayed.

Our Story

Our story began in 1986 when the business was established as a local gas station offering hands-on service that was common at the time. As the automotive industry evolved, so did we. In the early 1990s, a new business partnership helped shape the future of the company, shifting the focus from fuel sales to professional automotive maintenance and repair. Along with that transition came the name Heritage Service Centre, a name that has proudly remained part of the Grand Rapids community ever since.

As our customer base continued to grow, we outgrew our original location and relocated to a larger facility that allowed us to better serve local drivers. Today, our shop at 1044 Scribner Ave. NW offers the space, equipment, and resources necessary to provide comprehensive automotive care while allowing room for continued growth in the years ahead.

While our facilities have expanded, our philosophy has stayed remarkably consistent. We believe every customer deserves honest recommendations, dependable workmanship, and friendly service from professionals who genuinely care about their vehicle.
