Mike and the crew here are amazing people and they do great work! They will be honest and up front even if it is something you don't want to hear. I recently bought a bad vehicle and brought it in for them to inspect a coolant leak. Instead of trying to make a buck off me he told me to not put anything more into the vehicle and to try to sell the vehicle if possible. They also fixed my Lexus radiator and did an amazing job. I would HIGHLY recommend working with these fine folks at Heritage Service Centre. They are a class act and will shoot you straight. Their reputation matters more than profits and I would bring my vehicle here to be repaired over anyone in GR. Stand up class act people that deserve credit where it is due. Cant say enough good things about their service and commitment to excellence. Bring your vehicle here - you will NOT be disappointed.

Heritage was recommended to me by a trusted friend and longtime customer of this shop. I took my vehicle in for some issues that had come up after a cross-country road trip and was given a price estimate up front and told what to expect. Mike called with an update later that day and they also sent a detailed diagnostics report with photos, which no shop I've been to has ever done before. My car was ready the next day with a very reasonable price for services rendered, and Mike and I had a very pleasant chat for a while when I picked the car up. I highly recommend this mom & pop shop if not for their thoroughness & attention to detail, but for their friendliness and the care for their work and customers.
