I've never had a bad experience with these guys in the last 18 years I have used them. They are honest, do good work in a timely manner, and treat you with respect. I've shopped around a few times and have always come back. The peace of mind that my car is being taken care of well is worth it. I would recommend them to anyone.

Tom and Jim and Trevor have been my main mechanics for three different vehicles and I have always felt that they have treated me fairly and that their prices were very competitive. One time they found a Ziploc bag that we had lost months earlier that had $120 in it and they gave it to me without hesitation and would not except a portion of it as a reward. That kind of honesty is a rare thing nowadays .

Very good customer rapport with the service to back it up. Understanding of priority of auto problems and willing to address critical issues promptly. Had an alternator problem and visited a BMW shop nearby only to be told they could get to it 2-3 weeks from the day I came in, which meant I'd have to leave my vehicle at the shop for 2-3 weeks since no alternator meant the battery would eventually die out. Heritage service center, on the other hand, fixed the problem the same day I came in and did it exceptionally well with a warranty to back it up. This place is very capable of working on BMWs and will be the place I take my car to if ever I have issues.
