I've never needed to visit any other car repair shop. Their service representative is very friendly and it's family owned as far as I know.

Mike quoted me a worst case scenario estimate and the total cost was well under the estimate. Friendly staff and quality work. Highly recommended.

Excellect above and beyond dedication to quality, there will be no sub par used parts or half assery here. They focus on your machine running well n smooth, safety and forever. There's is a car there getting done same time as mine. Mint condition ish but it's about to hit 400,000 miles from 2007. Serious commitment to quality. I'm using their spring check up to find out what damage I did to my baby this winter plus included oil change.

I've taken both of my vehicles in for work, ranging from a simple oil change all the way to suspension work. They go the extra mile to check things over and give solid advice. I'd highly recommend anyone considering the purchase of a used car to take it in for a pre-purchase inspection at Heritage -- they could save you from buying a time bomb, or at least give you ammunition to negotiate purchase price if there are repairs needed.

Had BAD experiance here . Brought my vehicle back 3 different times,waited days to fix the same issue and they charge me hundreds of dollars everytime they look at it, made me replace parts that werent needed to be replaced. Yes they are friendly untill you ask them to fix the problem or ask them for remboursement.
