Fast and friendly service. They always tell you the truth, weather good news or bad news. There is no drama when it comes to the repairs, they will tell you how serious the repair is, but no pressure it is up to you to decide what you want to do. As a woman who doesn't know much about cars it is nice knowing that they will always tell me the truth and not try to oversell me something. They also take the time to educate me. Jim was kind enough to explain they best way to use my ac system to get the maximum cooling for less wear and tear on my vehicle (as I said I cars are not really my thing so I don't have a lot of knowledge). They are all very friendly and helpful. This is the only place I will take my vehicle from now on!!!
