While I enjoy spinning wrenches on my vehicles these are the folks I go to when I find myself out of my depth, or short on time. They have always provided amazing service. The repairs come with pictures and comments about repairs and suggested things to keep any eye on. I suggest them to friends frequently. No tricks no hard sells, just straight forward and honest people.

Highly recommend this place! Brought my Jeep in with o2 sensor codes that new sensors couldn’t fix. Figured it was a bad ground. Brought it to a different shop and told them to check the ground. Got a call and was told the brand new o2 sensors were bad. They obviously never actually checked the grounds. I did my research, found Heritage Service Centre, brought it in and they found the ground issue, fixed the problem, and things have been running great since!

My car broke down when I was visiting Grand Rapids area and did not know of any mechanics in the area especially a honest one. I started calling around and looking at reviews online. I was recommended by another mechanic to call Heritage. I am so happy I did! Mike was awesome! Very friendly and so personable. They got my car in the next day. Very happy with the service and like I said the amazing customer service!! I wish I lived in the area because this is where I would always go. Thanks again Mike!😊
