My car broke down when I was visiting Grand Rapids area and did not know of any mechanics in the area especially a honest one. I started calling around and looking at reviews online. I was recommended by another mechanic to call Heritage. I am so happy I did! Mike was awesome! Very friendly and so personable. They got my car in the next day. Very happy with the service and like I said the amazing customer service!! I wish I lived in the area because this is where I would always go. Thanks again Mike!😊

The guys at Heratage go the extra mile to not only fix your auto needs but are also able to educate you about what’s causing the problem through state of the art diagnostics & explanations of them that gives me the piece of mind that I have made the right choice when picking who keeps me safely on the road. They have already met & exceeded my expectations saving me money & I would recommend them to anybody looking for someone to trust there auto needs with. There are not enough stars to rate them 5+

Fair prices with a no pressure approach. One if the few times I left a repair shop and did not feel like I was duped or upcharged for silly stuff. They are honest and willing to work with your schedule. I would definitely recommend them!
